What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if a product does not meet specific quality standards, and will be at 'NickJack Creations' sole discretion.

What are the payment options?

Payment options are as followed, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Cash or Check.

All products require a 50% deposit. These are non-refundable.

The remainder of the total price or quote must be paid in full at the time of completion of the product.

If the full amount is not paid after 7-10 days of completion of the project and of the quoted finish date, a fee of $25 to $500 {depending of size and storage conditions needed for the item} can be added to your total bill.

35 days after completion of the project and of the quoted finish date if the full amount of the total price and fee {if one has been applied} you: the purchaser forfeit the project and any amount of money paid towards the item.
